Laura is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), who has also achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation in 2013.

Her coaching experience includes for-profit, government and non-profit leaders for local, regional, national, North American, and international organizations, spanning executive to front-line supervisors in North America and South America.  She has used her coaching expertise in a variety of organizations undergoing transformations including Lean.

Laura is a graduate from University of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba, the Executive Development program at The Wharton School of Management, as well as Royal Roads University.  She is certified to debrief clients on EQi 2.0 TM and EQ360.

She is certified to instruct the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™, designed to support individuals and organizations in leveraging the power and value of coaching by teaching basic and highly effective coaching skills.

Laura presents on a variety of topics to business professionals both locally and provincially and has been an instructor with PACE at University of Winnipeg.

Prior to specializing in facilitation and coaching, Laura created the human resource department for a mid-size, national company and participated as a board member in the governance of a rapidly expanding $300,000,000+ retail sales organization. She has worked in privately owned and publicly traded organizations as well as co-operatives.

She was a board member of the Canadian Council of Human Resource Associations and President of The Human Resource Association of Manitoba during the national CHRP launch in 2003.

Her volunteerism has included New Directions Board of Directors, United Way and several grassroots level organizations and initiatives.
