Nicole is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has worked in adult learning for over 30 years empowering individuals reach their best potential. She has over 2000 hours of 1:1 coaching and is an advanced group and team coach. Her coach mentoring program has enabled many coaches to become Associate Certified Coaches with the International Coaching federation.
Nicole holds a MSc in Research Methods from Kings College, University of London and evaluates new research for implementation into the course. She is currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Adler University and is working towards her Master Coaching Certificate with the International Coach Federation.
Nicole is also the Founder (2013) and Principal Consultant at Think Agile Leadership & Training Academy, a coaching, training and consulting company that helps executives and leaders across North America gain the skills and confidence they need to lead their teams to greater success.
